Margaret Cundiff, a proud resident of Van Buren Township, was born and raised in Saline, Michigan. She graduated from Saline High School, where she spent four years as a majorette. Beginning her twirling journey at the age of seven, Margaret dedicated 14 years to competitive baton twirling and began teaching in several cities at just 14 years old.

A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Margaret earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in communications and was honored to serve as the university’s Featured Twirler.

Outside of her career, she is deeply committed to serving her community, coordinating a team of 70 volunteers with the Guest Services Ministry at Connection Church Canton.  She has volunteered with the Miss Washtenaw pageant for the last 27 years and loves to mock interview the contestants who are moving on to the Miss America Pageant. Giving back to the smart young ladies who are making their way in this world!

When she’s not working or volunteering, Margaret enjoys spending time with her three furry “babies” at home—all of whom have four legs and a tail. She also speaks fluent “Meow.”
